Change the color of the border by adjusting the hex color.

The body of your web page goes here. You can change the color of the backgrounds by editing the bgcolor tag in the HTML code. Currently the background of the top and left navigation is set to bgcolor="#E8FFFF". Change the color by removing the #E8FFFF and replacing it with your own color code.

This HTML template is easy to create. It's just a simple table with 2 columns and no border. The title is a separate table by itself. Be sure to look at the code to see how it was created and play around with the attributes to increase/decrease the width and height of the table as needed.

Right now the entire table is set to take up 90% of the screen no matter what the screen resolution is.   You can adjust this number to make the page as wide or as small as you'd like.
