Adobe Dreamweaver
(This site was created using Dreamweaver.)Dreamweaver is a great tool for Webmasters of all experience levels. I used to use Microsoft FrontPage, but since Microsoft replaced it with the unpopular Web Expressions, I decided to try Dreamweaver instead.
It can be a little intimidating at first, so I created a video that will help you get started with a basic template.
Artisteer
Artisteer is my new favorite web toy. It's more of a design tool than an editor and it's for static websites, blogs and CMS driven websites. You won't believe how powerful this tool is. Watch the video below for more details...
Coffee Cup Web Design Software
This is another user-friendly HTML editor, and because it's so easy to use, it's also a popular software of choice for many Webmasters.
Their latest version has gotten much better than previous editions. You can now edit your site in Preview/Design mode instead of having to write inside the code (great for beginners).
They also have a nice selection of professional templates, so if you don't want to spend the time designing or learning how to design then this software is a great option. Simply pick the design you want and edit the text accordingly.
